Rental profit calculator

See what a jumping castle rental business really earns — and how long the castle takes to pay for itself. Pre-filled with sensible defaults; change anything.

A new medium standard castle is about R14 040. Don’t know yours? See the price guide.
Charge 5–7% of the new replacement price per day for the castle itself. We’ve pre-filled 5%. Delivery is billed on top as a separate fee.
Plan on 1 rental per week (4/month). Anything more is a bonus, not a plan.

Bill delivery as a separate fee, not baked into the day rate — so it’s left out of the profit below. Aim for that fee to cover your fuel, vehicle wear and the driver’s time. That’s the goal once you’re doing enough hires; early on it may only cover fuel, so build toward covering the rest.

Cleaning, repairs fund, insurance, advertising, bank fees.
