1. About CastleTrader.co.za

CastleTrader.co.za, operated by Chameleon Inflatables (14 Pommery Road, Nietgedacht, Fourways), is a free classifieds platform where people advertise second-hand jumping castles and inflatables. We are not a party to any sale. We do not own, inspect, warrant or guarantee any listed item; the transaction is strictly between the buyer and the seller.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

3. Listing an item (sellers)

When you submit a listing you confirm that:

• You own the item (or are authorised to sell it) and the details are accurate and not misleading.
• You consent to your name and phone number being displayed publicly on the listing.
• The item is lawful to sell, and you are responsible for its safety and condition.
• You will not post spam, illegal, offensive or unrelated content.
• The item is pre-owned and is not new stock being sold by a manufacturer, dealer, importer, distributor or reseller.

Second-hand equipment only. CastleTrader.co.za is a marketplace for pre-owned jumping castles, water slides and related commercial inflatables. A privately owned or rental-operator unit that is genuinely being resold may qualify even if it has had little or no use. We may reject, remove or suspend any listing that, in our view, is new stock, commercial manufacturer or dealer inventory, misleadingly presented as second-hand, or otherwise inconsistent with a second-hand marketplace. We make the final determination on whether a listing qualifies as pre-owned.

Listings are reviewed before publishing. We may edit, reject, remove or expire any listing at our discretion, and listings are removed from public view 60 days after approval.

You may also list an entire jumping castle business for sale as a going concern. If you do, you confirm you are entitled to sell it and that all details — including any turnover, bookings or financial figures — are accurate and your own. We do not verify these figures; they are published as the seller’s statements only. Business listings stay live for 120 days after approval.

4. Buying and enquiring (buyers)

Do your own due diligence — inspect the item in person and satisfy yourself before you pay. We do not verify sellers, items, prices or availability. Any agreement, payment, collection or dispute is between you and the seller.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site — including scraping or harvesting contact details, posting false or fraudulent listings, sending spam, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

6. Content and intellectual property

Site content, design and guides belong to us. By submitting a listing or photos you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote that content on the site for the purpose of running the marketplace.

7. Third-party links

The site links to third parties, including Chameleon Inflatables for new equipment. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

8. Disclaimers

The site and listings are provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any listing, or from any transaction between users. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
